Programs Exploring Music and Piano Levels 1, 2, and 3 The Exploring Music Preparatory Program has four non-sequential programs: Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. In this program, the children and their parents discover and explore musical concepts together. The curriculum works with traditional and composed sogns, rhythm, motor coordination, steady beat, singing, ear training, movements and folk dances to develop motor skills and educational concepts of music. More complex percussion and melodic intruments are played in every class. Students must practice daily in accordance with the program requirements. Parents are strongly recommended to take an active role, review the materials convered in class and get incolved in the child's musical life. Digital pianos are provided for participants' use, and a piano or a keyboard at home is recommended. This class is 55 minutes long and held weekly. Fall, Winter and Spring sessions last for 10 weeks, and Summer sessions last for 5 weeks. There are as many as 12 children per class.
