Discovering Music for Toddlers
This program is designed for toddlers (ages 1-3 years) and their parents to continue the process of discovering music together. Classes are 45 minutes long and held weekly. They are held in a group setting with up to 20 children per class. Fall, Winter and Spring terms include 10 weeks of classes. Summer classes include 5 weeks of classes.

The activities involved in Discovering Music for Toddlers are organized to provide positive interactions and emotional, cognitive and physical development in children at a young age.This year is crucial in training the ear, developing their coordination, motor skills, and balance, and reinforcing cognitive learning. All activities are presented in a fun manner but place a strong emphasis on creativity.

Activities in this program include:

singing
rhyming
moving to different rhythms
playing simple percussion and melodic instruments

In addition to involving parents in this class, siblings (0-8 months) are encouraged to participate in the program at no extra charge.
